• Developing comprehensive Work Packs for Piping replacement with a cost-driven focus based on Anomalies mentioned in MRI (Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity) Reports.
• Developing job plans which include piping replacement scope, BOM development, floating RFQ to vendors, fabrication cost, installation cost, duration of job execution, manpower requirement, scaffolding requirement based on NPU norms, and identifying blinding/deblinding as per PIDs.
• Based on investigation and analyzing MRI reports, detailed tasks will be provided to repair the damage. Detailed information required to complete the job, including procedures, sketches, specifications, and drawings, will be included.
• Constantly engage with site Construction Supervisor, Integrity Team, third-party vendors, and modify the work packs as recommended by the site maintenance personnel.
• Involving appropriate stakeholders in pre-planning field laser survey of piping circuits.
• Coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers for the execution of specific targeted fabrication scopes.
• Initiating purchase requisitions, finding the right material masters, and verifying the specifications and correctness of bills of materials.
• Coordinated with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts, minimizing delays in repairs.

• Having field experience in maintenance of rotary equipment like turbines, generators, vertical and horizontal multistage/single stage centrifugal pumps, positive displacement, screw, gear pumps, and air compressors, etc. & Static Equipment’s like High Pressure valves, Safety valves, Heat Exchangers (Plate heat Exchanger, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger)
• Responsible for preparing/developing SMPs, general task list, equipment specific task lists, Master spare part list, RA Documents.
• Ensure equipment reliability through proper preventative maintenance techniques.
• Manpower estimation for regular maintenance works, breakdown works, and AOH/COH works.
• Daily monitor defect notifications in SAP and work within Permit to Work systems.
• Reduced downtime through efficient troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Developed preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Performed root cause failure analysis on critical equipment, leading to more effective preventative measures.
• Maintained strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, securing high-quality parts at competitive prices for the company.
• Provide technical support to the Maintenance Supervisor and workmen on equipment repair issues.
• Assist in Risk Assessment Analysis, SMPs of Maintenance Jobs and Management of Change (MOC) requests.

Commissioning

• Singlehandedly managed the commissioning of multiple systems including jacking oil, EH oil, lube oil, and HP/LP bypass system. Conducted flushing activities at different stages based on thorough oil analysis. Responsible for accumulators charging, system hydro testing, and pressure setting of PRVS.
