DESCRIPTION : Tradeflow a multi-asset,booking deals, post-trade processing solution is a complete investment transaction processing solution which acts as an interface between the Investment Managers (IM) and the Brokers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Currently working as IT Engineer APS for the client (BNP Paribas, Chennai) from Aug 2021 to till Date.
• Creating incident, Monitoring incident and doing closure of the tickets using Service Now
  tool.
• Monitoring, reporting and scheduling jobs using Autosys tool.
• Preventing and alerting from issues to be arise, configuring multiple servers through Geneos tool.
• Publishing repots to clients .
• Executing System health Checks, generating and distributing Ready For Business (RFB) reports on daily basis.
• Built Complex queries using SQL to communicate with DBMS.
• Extensively involved in performance DB tuning in Oracle using Explain Plan and indexes.
• Preparing reports and getting desired results as per the user requests.
• Prioritize the tickets created by its impact level through SLA.
  Loading data into database table using SQL Loader from text and excel files.
• Doing bulk data amendment processes.
• Monitoring the database performance and take necessary action to optimize the database performance.
• Responsibility of the role is to resolve and fix critical issues or queries raised by clients or users in Production environment.
• Involved in Maintenance & Support for Applications related to Trade Booking Deals on Investment Banking.
• Identified the bugs and resolved it, experience in fixing the issues in production environment.
• Led software development initiative as subject matter expert and primary point-of-contact for project management staff.

DESCRIPTION : CITIBANK Internet Banking is handling the customer's request across India. The main aim of this project is to improve the customer service and reduce failure of the
transaction which are processed by the customers. Transfer fund across banks india using NEFT, RTGS, IMPS.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Worked as an Associate Software Engineer for the client (CITI Bank) from Jun 2016 to Aug 2021 in CITI Retail Banking.
• Provided L1/L2/L3 level support for the business-critical applications and resolved the issues within SLAs.
• Providing L2 level application support in 24x7 shift rosters.
• Solving problem tickets and application issues based on priority within Client's SLA.
• Providing implementation, application maintenance and enhancement support to the client with regard to the product / software post application.
• Involved in Bug fixes and enhancements of the application based on of user requirements.
• Creation of daily and monthly reports for various applications. Proactively and independently working on resolving issues before they impact the client.
• Involved in maintenance/Patching/COB changes and purging related activities during weekend.
