Highly Accomplished Operations Manager with over 11 + years of experience in US Healthcare (Physician / Hospital Billing) which includes Account Receivable, Billing, Payment Posting, claim processing, revenue cycle management including billing & invoicing, cash application, closing and reporting activities, MIS etc. Excellent data management skills with strong insight towards data analysis and application of data for identifying projects and increasing the overall performance of the process and process development.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Managing team of 164 Team Members, which includes monitoring their day to day work, responsible for providing them necessary training & exposure to effectively compete among each other’s
  • Communicate goals, expectation, weekly plan, daily plan & review
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement & good performance
  • Prepare corrective plan if QA is off goals and expectations
  • Crosscheck the process related updates
