Accomplishments

  • Developed critical Knowledge Management products (including integrations with several Accenture systems) to consistently improve tagging accuracy and support a contributing culture for everyone at Accenture. Over 20,000 assets and whitepapers have been submitted through the KM products over the last two years, which has tremendously improved Gen AI-generated results for the practitioners.
  • Created and developed a PBI leaderboard to showcase critical metrics for different business stakeholders that help them achieve targets. This has helped all Sales and Market leads get an overall insight into the contributions from their business area against the targets set by the business.
  • Streamlined the contribution workflow by consolidating lengthy processes and improving the user experience, which resulted in more effective and timely completion of the contribution submission and curation process. Post this enhancement, the process that used to take 20 minutes has now been reduced to 5 minutes.
  • Incorporated Gen AI features to improve the user experience, and created POCs for the agentic experience in the contribution application.
  • Worked directly with senior leadership to develop and administer $2 million -per year department budget.
