  • Designed and worked on multiple XFN projects ranging from reducing RTT latency of customer orders, initiatives for reducing packing errors, order substitution fulfillments and wide features on various services.
  • Lead and worked hands on for ~7 different microservices, working on initiatives driving efficiency, reducing mispacks, improving availability, latency and setting strict SLAs triggering real time alerts.
  • Conceptualized, designed model and worked hands on with team for pack time estimation service improving RTT of customer delivery time by ~30%.
  • Designed and worked XFN on reducing mispacks from ~5% to ~0.25%.
