AICTE-ADF fellowship - 2019-2023

• I have worked comprehensively on deriving the chemical profile of Indian propolis - HPTLC fingerprinting, TLC-Bioautography, AQbD-based HPLC-UV/MS method
• Applied the concepts of network pharmacology and molecular docking - predict the interactions of propolis components on target proteins, and experimentally validated them in in-vitro and pre-clinical animal model

• In collaboration with Hindustan Antibiotics Pvt Ltd, Pune - Executed Bioanalytical method development, validation and pharmacokinetics for polyene antibiotics
• Provided research and technical expertise on multiple outsourcing projects
• Mentored and supervised junior scientists in developing methods and troubleshooting
• Participated in webinars/conferences to get the latest insights into advanced technologies

• Developed and validated HPLC-UV, HPLC-RI for DS and DPs.
• Analyzed macromolecules using GPC-TDA.
• Developed UV-Vis-based method for uronic acid estimation in complex sugars.
• Characterized oligosaccharide constituents qualitatively and quantitatively, including LCMS method trials for impurity identification.
• Supported team in sample analysis, SOP preparation, MDR, MVP and MVR
• Ensured instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration adherence to GLP.
