- Interfacing with Cummins Filtration team across the globe like USA, Brazil, France, Belgium, South Korea, China, Singapore and Cummins technical center India to collect voice of the customers(Automobile and Non-Automotive customer) and project requirements for new RFQ’s for products like complete Air Intake System, Lube filtration, Fuel and Fuel water separator and crankcase ventilator.
- Generate new enquiry in system based on the RFQ and co ordinate among cross functional teams for techno commercial proposals and provide quote to customers.
- Lead technical and costing discussions internally as well as with customers for proposal and cost finalization.
- Drive project execution as per CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management).
- To ensure on time sample delivery and co ordinate for PPAP approval and SOP.
- Single point of contact to handle customer quality complaints and drive the root cause analysis and agreement with customer on the resolution and close the CQC’s on time thus ensuring business or supply is not affected.
- Coordinated with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure container requirement are met.
- Was part of a team for various lube, fuel and fuel water separator filtration business for Aftermarket requirement of Cummins Filtration-USA leading to a business of nearly 100 crores.
- Ensured that the products are developed on time, co ordinate for PPAP approvals and orders are placed and executed in the factory, track and create weekly reports of all shipments, ensure that the shipment are as per schedule and ensure on-time shipments.
- Added business through some of the dormant customers helping in generating new RFQ’s and businesses of 20Lakhs.
- A major quality complaint from Scania, was stationed at plant for 3 weeks, co ordinating with cross functional teams to identify the root cause, co ordinated during customer visit to plant and showcased our established standards, processes and action items on the root cause, submitting all correspondences and closing the CQC on customer portal, close monitoring of the re established processes and providing weekly updates to customer, thus gaining confidence and ensuring that the business is un affected.

- Export business to CF-USA, CF-Korea, CF- Working with export clients across the globe like CF-USA, CF-South Korea,…., Technical discussions and finalization, cost negotiation and finalization, single point of contact for all the Quality complaints and address the same ensuring business or supply is not affected.
