Sound knowledge of wire rod mill(make- Properzi,Italy) having capacity 15TPH ,Ingot casting machine(make-Befesa,Spain) with capacity 30TPH to produce high quality EC and HS grade wire rods for customers who manufacture overhead conductors, LT & HT cables, winding wires etc.

Driven various FIP's in department to reduce COP, increase throughput of machine ,reduced finished good rejection and reliability improved like following:

1. Reduced specific HFO consumption from 4 liter/MT to 1.5 liter/MT.

2. Reduced rejection of wire rod from 3% to less than 0.3%.

3. Increased throughput of wire rod mill from 12KT/month to 15KT/month.

4.Increased throughput of ingot from 18KT/month to 22KT/month.

5. Reduced melt loss in EC wire rod and ingot.

6. Development of man-less hot metal weighbridge with smart integrated furnace plan application.
