M & E Projects

1) Project Planning and Coordination:

· 15 + years experience in Project Management & Execution, Design Review, Project Planning, Team Handling, Client Management, Erection & Commissioning.

· Develop a detailed electrical project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate with other project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Familiar with the design of power distribution, plumbing, and ventilation systems.

2) Installation and Commissioning:

Monitoring the installation of electrical systems and equipment at the project site. Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and integration of electrical components

3) Budget and Cost Management:

Electrical Maintenance

1) Upkeep of site SOPs and updating. Responding to problems all the time. i.e. 24 x 7 days.

2) To measure, create, and implement best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

3) To specifically develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) proactive maintenance schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.

4) To ensure planning available, resources to meet budgeted production targets.

5) To ensure relevant planning of shutdowns of utilities as per statutory and process requirements and to minimize downtime production plants due to Utility services / operations.

6) To guide and coordinate inter-departmental team of engineers/Shift In-charges for planning of activities in major shutdown, preventive Plant Maintenance Planning in advance

7) Mentor and manage the team leaders to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management

Supply chain management

1. Manage the global electrical procurement and support to global Administration function procurement.

4. Manage the local/ regional sourcing effort to maximize benefits and cost containment and optimize supplier lead times.

3. Leading/participating in site visits during various project phases to identify buildable areas, optimize layout design, identify infrastructure crossings,

5. Design of all electrical systems for medium and large-scale PV systems (DC, AC, LV, HV, power flow schemes, communication systems/SCADA, earthing and lightning protection)

6. Technical assessment and evaluations of components and preparation of design specifications to aid the project team in component selection and finalization.

7. Leading/participating in technical discussions and negotiations with suppliers and clients to finalize project specifications and deliverables.

8. Coordination and communication with third-party technical advisors and consultants to ensure design compliance with local norms and standards
