As a Data Engineer, I have a comprehensive background in developing and implementing data solutions on a SaaS platform. My day to day responsibilities and experience includes:

• Developing an organizational analytics-oriented CRM tool using Python for efficient customer, client, and project management within the organization.
• Leading a Proof of Concept (POC) with Uniphore, involving data processing, generation, and cleaning using Python and SQL for JSON data. This included building data Pipelines to process call data, classify it based on predefined parameters, and evaluate call quality and agent performance.
• Conducting end-to-end testing of all data pipeline components and creating technical and user-level documentation for organizational reference.
• I designed and implemented a dashboard to streamline the online application process for students, contributing to an education project for a university in Qatar. Additionally, I handled the backend development of the dashboard using Python and SQL.
• Designing data models tailored to meet complex analysis requirements.
• Collaborating on AWS Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) jobs, ensuring data integrity, and verifying the stability of the data pipeline.
