- To conduct, review, and monitor projects undertaken by the JUSNL in the East Singhbhum and West Singhbhum districts to construct 132 /220 kV grid substations and transmission lines, to remove the impediments, and to complete the projects in a timely manner.
- Preparation of budgets, estimates, detailed project reports, and agendas of new projects being undertaken by JUSNL regarding the augmentation and construction of grid substations and transmission lines to be presented before the cabinet of the Government of Jharkhand.
- Experience in the procurement of materials and works related to the maintenance of grid substations and transmission lines.
