Generate KPIs for Baseline and Optimized project.

➢ To analyze KPI reports for Call drop rate (CDR), HOSR, HO drop and provide the solution to match the customer requirements.

➢ RF Acceptance Test of Voice Quality, Signal Strength, Hand Offs & Calls for all new site.

➢ Optimization of cells having TCH/SDCCH drop, TCH/SDCCH Congestion, High HO failure Rate.

➢ KPI analysis via CSSR, CDR, TCH/SDCCH blocking, HSR, HFR etc. ➢ Analysis of coverage and capacity, Frequency, BSIC, HSN, MAIO planning and Traffic calculation Statistic.

➢ Handling of interference issues by change of frequency, BTS power, antenna configuration, and fine tuning for functioning of the N/W at optimum levels Traffic optimization which includes monitoring daily & busy hour traffic, Cell Utilization.

➢ Rehoming, TRX addition, TRX deletion, MAIO & HSN Planning, BSC Boundary creation, LAC Planning, LAC splitting

➢ Physical optimization based on post processing log, TA reports, TRX quality/ Rx Qual report, and daily KPI trend.

Ø Responsibility for RF team building and successful completion of RF roll out in all respect (RF Design, RF Planning, RF Surveys, RF Optimization, and RF Acceptance Test) with in the given time frame.

Ø Work closely with the other operational team (BSS, NSS, O&M and Project) and customer, utilize relationships to ensure that project roll out are met in time.

Ø Monitoring network TCH Drop Rate, SDCCH Drop Rate, TCH Blocking, SDCCH Blocking, Handover Success Rate, TCH Assignment Success Rate, CSSR, RAB Success rate, RRC Connection Setup Rate, Cell Availability, TBF Establishment success rate, TBF Completion rate, TBF drop Rate etc.

Ø BTS-BSC Re-homing Plan, preparation of the necessary BTS parameters, and parameter audit after every re-homing activity.

Ø Daily analysis of Nokia cell doctor reports for proper functioning of the network.

Ø Technical support on Optimization and planning to team to achieve desired targets for KPI.

Ø KPI Maintaining. Monitoring daily stats and optimizing the network to increase the Call Setup Success rate and Call success rate and Handover success rate.

Ø Frequency planning, Neighbor list Planning, BSIC Planning, Location area definition.

Ø Parameters fine-tuning, Handover parameters and Power control parameters, Optimization to increase the network quality and Grade of Service.

Ø Preparing Drive test report and coverage report and weekly network performance report.

Ø TCH and SDCCH Reconfiguration to minimize the TCH blocking and SDCCH blocking.
