- Project - BI HANA (Business Intelligence HANA)
- This is an internal Project where it deals with Wipro as its client. Business users for this project are Wipro Competency team. Tools that are used for development of reports are SAP Hana Studio and SQL Server Management Studio for HANA Modelling/SQL scripting in the back-end development and Microsoft Power BI Report Builder (for generation of reports) and Power BI Desktop (for creation of dashboards) in the front-end development. This project includes development of new reports based on User requirements and, maintenance of existing reports (debugging data issues, change requests based on user observations) across multiple tracks (Competency, HRSS, GIMS, Finance, Time Management).
- The workflow starts with gathering requirements from Business User. Initiating backend development in development env, share data for UAT and get sign-off from Business on report to move it to production env. Using CHARM tool, the object is deployed to Testing env. and then to production env. Using Power BI Desktop and Microsoft Power BI Report Builder, Reports are enabled in front-end to User to download and use for their analysis.

- I have been working in Organization project that generates reports for Competency, GIMS and HRSS tracks using HANA Modelling/SQL Scripting.
- Domain Knowledge on Inhouse Trainings, Wage HRSS, Employee Profile Data, Onshore and offshore Data, Travel and Hospitality claims.
- Strong experience in Native HANA development (procedures, calculation views, Sap Hana functions), SQL Queries, SQL Commands (DDL, DML, DCL, TCL).
- Query Optimization and use of temporary tables for SQL query performance tuning.
- Strong experience with trouble shooting data issues, debugging, identifying bottlenecks in core logics.
- Work on complex SQL queries.
- To have multiple interaction with Business Users (Wipro Competency and GIMS Team) to validate the reports and to get sign-off for object movements to production environment.
- Develop/modify all backend developments in SAP Native Hana, Hands on SQL scripting Knowledge, including stored procedures development.
- Analyses Business Requirements Document (BRD) given by Business users, identify and develop stored procedures/calculation views as per the requirement and interact with the business users to enable the developed reports.
- Debugging the exceptions from the logs, root cause analysis and providing the fix in logics.
- Having knowledge in full life cycle development of a Data warehousing project and SDLC.
- Preparing documents like Design document, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications.
