- A landmark integrated horticulture marketing hub, spread across a vast area (550 acres). The project involves the development of world-class infrastructure to support agricultural trade, logistics, and allied services. Key components include:
- Construction of 17 large-scale marketing/trading sheds (~356 m x 52 m each), with ~80 shop-cum-office units per shed.
- Institutional and public-use buildings (Police Post, Fire Station, Farmers' Rest House, Retail Zone, Toll Plaza, etc.).
- Complete site development: roads, sensor-based parking, logistics hub, stormwater drainage, sewerage, STP, and waterbody works.
- Integrated MEP services, including electrical, solar infrastructure, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and underground conveyor systems.
- The project aims to revolutionize agri-trade by enabling efficient market access and advanced post-harvest handling systems.
- Major Role & Responsibilities:
- Led a cross-functional team of 15+ professionals across Costing, Quantity Surveying, Planning, and Contracts.
- Responsible for complete project estimation and costing for civil, infrastructure, and MEP components.
- Conducted a detailed rate analysis and managed vendor/subcontractor finalization.
