GROUND OPERATIONS:-

· As a Ground staff need to perform several important duties to ensure the safety and comfort of the aircraft and there airline passenger and crew members, including checking baggage, stocking air craft with refreshments, and cleaning the plane and runway between flights.

· Preparation of D-+Time line Report.

· Coordinating with Cargo dept, Fuelling dept, baggage makeup area, aircraft loading team, catering suppliers for smooth operations.

· Coordinating with all Activities which are related to AME, FUEL DEP, GHA, SECURITY, ATC, OCC, CARGO, CATERING and all.

· Follow up and coordination related to process with other stations in India.

· Preparing NOTOC, CHECK LIST.

· Receiving Tech log Report from AME, Fuel docket, Ramp

· Preparing to GHA for all the GSE at ramp for both smooth passenger and cargo handling.

· Need to perform all the activities which are related on the Ramp for before flight landing and after flight departure, especially smooth operation.

· Preparation of mails for the POST FLIGHT and mailing to the all respective stations along with Duty Manager ID.

IMPORTS ,EXPORTS and DOMESTIC CARGO :-

· Monitor & Accepting special cargo like DGR, HUM, PER, VUN.

· Preparing Manifest and load plan for the flights.

· Verification of carting order and Special handling codes.

· Manifestation of Air cargo as per the load plan of Respective airlines.

· Sending Pre alerts to the consignees and agents upon the arrival of their Cargo.

· Preflight preparation and Confirmation of AWB as per the Flight Forward

· Manifest.

· Informing the Airlines immediately if any Damage, Excess and Short

· Shipment arrives.

· Preparation of Damage report in the case of damaged cargo.

· Acceptance of the cargo from Airlines on priority basis.

· Generation of Segregation Report for Airlines.

· Allocation of cargo as per their nature.

· Updating of Bill Of Entry and issuing Import Examination Tickets.

· Verification of “Out of Charge” document from EDI along with the

· Master D/O and House D/O for each Airway bill at the time of delivery.

· Following up the Airlines and Coordinating with agents in the case of Short

· Shipments and Part Shipments
