• led the shift in Night and monitored the Product Inbounding and Dispatch activities
• Generation of the Delivery Challan and E-way bills for Finished Good dispatch from MEAI to outside warehouse
• Generation of Part Disbursement Orders as per shared requests according to the production plan

• Creation of Purchase Orders and Service Work Orders on SAP with complete documentation
• I was trained to work on ERP SAP logon 740 module for material management (Purchase Operations)
• Vendor communication to get on-time deliveries of raw materials to plants
• Worked closely with Finance & Accounts Dept. to ensure on-time invoicing
• Making of Share of Business (SOB) and Share of Planning (SOP) reports on a monthly basis
