- Working with the Access management team including IT Asset and Workspace Coordinator (End User Support group) and supporting one of the Global financial giants. Our team is responsible for resolving the issues/tickets of the internal end users who work for our client.
- The role of our team is to monitor/resolve:
- Providing AD account login details to end users
- Managing AD accounts and Citrix profiles
- Access issues related to user domain (North America/EMEA/ASPAC) in client environment
- Providing relevant application access to users in client environment
- Installing and troubleshooting applications
- Acting as a support bridge between Senior Management and Client IT team
- Supporting Client IT team and coordinating desktop/application migrations for end users
- Working on Manage Engine Service Desk.
- Track all Intra and Inter related asset movement in ITAM tool.
- Being a part of the team I work on:
- Auditing end user database Roster. Database consists of requests ID’s to create/modify or delete a Client access. Client access includes providing id’s to new users, generating their passwords and providing application access to new users.
- Hosting/leading migration calls with client IT team (Data Centers, Proxy Integrations)
- Handling escalations from senior Management. SPOC for IT team/stakeholders with respect to client queries
- Analyzing and troubleshooting the applications on which users work
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues when users are not able to access the client environment or client desktop which includes Citrix, VM and RDP
- Active Directory setup/configuration for end users
- Managing Shift Roster
- Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and Service now for raising incident tickets.
- Report making for monthly head count, workstation count and location wide capacity and sending it across all organization operation team leads.
- Physically auditing IT assets, workstation desktop/Thin client/Monitors, Network Port availability and working feasibility on the basis of which sending concerned alerts to IT Network teams to resolve those issues within define SLA.
- Understanding the client requirements regarding IT setup ensuring required timelines and work around with concerned teams and vendors for its completion.
- Analyzing if the project work done as per company standard and with adherence to information security guidelines.
- Track all IT assets within organization both hardware and software.
- Manage spare IT assets and utilization.
- Taking inventory department wise/location wise on monthly basis.
- Checking and confirming new assets at security desk and send the report to all senior managers.
- Respond to requests from end users, managers and developers and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.
- Preparing gate pass of every movement of materials and informed it to senior managers and invoice procurement team.
- Receipting hardware deliveries of surface pro and peripheral devices.
- Asset registering the devices into UBS tool.
- Re-boxing the device and peripherals.
- Sending the boxed items to the transport company.
- Tracking the delivery status of the device.
- Completing a validation sheet, also update the details in Inventory tool.
- Preparing the SLA reports location wise.
- Taking care of VIP visitors and help them for successful login.
- Managing the team with overall count 15+ in client location.
