- Reference Data Management.
- Working in the Reference Management Services in the middle office operations of the Enterprise Reference Data Management team for multiple clients.
- Handling client instructions. We, as the Reference Data Management Team, are responsible for the setup and maintenance of all securities.
- Responsible for creating securities in the system, such as bonds, equities, mutual funds, futures, and options, with the help of Bloomberg.
- Working on the Bloomberg terminal and other recognized vendors, and researching debt, equities, and derivatives.
- Communicate with the client and the fund accounting team for various setup issues.
- Maintenance of all securities after setup, like updating interests and dividends.
- Meeting deadlines as directed by SLAs.

- Global Transaction Management.
- Global Transaction Manager (GTM) Trade Processing team, which includes trade capture, trade validation, and trade process.
- Advance Security setup (Fixed Income, Mortgage, Equity, Government bonds, Treasury bills, Commercial paper, and commercial deposit) broker setup in the system to ensure trades can flow STP through the system.
- Process global security transactions on the global trade processing platforms within given deadlines.
- Interact with both the internal team and the external team (client) to resolve trades via Outlook on a daily basis.
- Handle queries of the internal team and the external team (client) related to security and brokers.
- Monitoring transactions to confirm that instructions from the client are processed in a timely and accurate manner, thus ensuring timely settlement and accounting.
- Ensure that all trades are matched within market/client deadlines.
- Ensure client positions are correct, and all transactions are processed.
- Work closely with the Custodians Team and the broker’s team for timely matching and settlement of the trade in the market, without fail.
- Resolve failed trade queries proactively.
- Escalating exceptions and failed transactions to appropriate stakeholders for early resolution.

- Collaborated with senior management to develop and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
