• Developed and implemented Chargeability analysis comparing Payroll growth with Revenue. This analysis helps to identify key drivers like shift in Pyramid, Onshore / Offshore growth mix, Cost Rate, etc which helps to improve operating margin.

• Support Corporate team/finance leadership in annual payroll affordability exercise by working in close collaboration with finance stakeholders.
• Support financial planning and reforecast related actions [annual/quarterly] and preparing consolidated view thereof for leadership in close collaboration with respective entity finance teams.
• Drive / Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge share within team to facilitate agile delivery and insightful analytics.

• Planning & managing Headcount, Opex & Capex Budget for ISA India from Commercial standpoint.
• Managing overall India Technology Capex – from planning to business case reviews to asset capitalization. Act as single point of contact for leadership on Tech capex investments in India.
• Support team in tracking major expenses on monthly basis with focus on people related expenses viz, payroll, training, staff welfare etc.
• Coordinating with various project managers / IT leads to ensure that we meet /should not exceed headcount budget for year by ensuring effective MIS and conversations with leadership

• Developing headcount report, analyzing with budgets & verifying head count meets demand projections.

o Quarterly Sales Report for analyzing the Revenue.
