- Working start from new plant errection & commissioning of DK4, IMZ Product

- Work from plant pre commissioning to setup multi product plant
- Updating entries in SAP and updating stock
- Attending emergency, shut down and break downs
- Performing periodical preventive activities in time
- Adept in handling start-up and shutdowns of plants
- Operation of chemical processes involving Extraction, Separation, Solvent Recovery, Continuous Vacuum Distillation, and Batch distillation to the defined SOPs
- Take charge of whole plant, reviewing the lab reports of distillation column and assess the plant condition
- Maintaining and monitoring process parameters by using PLC, Technical trouble shooting, material balance and carry out production activity by standard operating procedures
- Undertake production, motivate production team and achieve productivity and quality targets
- Knowledge of PFD, P&ID’s & Data sheets of the Equipment’s
- To check raw material and utility consumption on the basis of daily raw material consumption reports
- To check any modification in order to improve productivity and performance
- Maintaining raw-material, utilities and manpower
- Analyzing and studying with respect to efficiency improvement of process
- Performing HIRA and HAZOP studies
