• Managing service requests for the customer's mortgage complaint received from various sources like state, customer, third-party, etc.
• Segregate the complaints based on various issues ( Payment, document, payoff, lien release, etc.

Quality check:

• Monitored and reviewed production cases of team members to identify issues and maintain workflow standards
• Additionally, I prepared the overall team's production report and QC report to improve team efficiency.

NOE Process:

• Finally, I was working on the NOE (Notice of Error) process and checking the resolution letter prepared by the onshore team.
• I created the NOE monthly report and submitted it to my onshore manager.

During the internship period, I interacted with many students. I coordinated the admission process by conducting interviews and leading the admission process team. I guided them on how to conduct the process, ultimately admitting over 300 students from different colleges.
