In my current Tenure in the Tax Technology Transformation Team, i have had the experience across diverse roles.

1. FlexAI Team

Product Owner under the SAFE Agile Framework: Managing the end to end cycle of the product - development to launch. My key responsibilities were :

  • Defining the Product Vision

As a Experienced manager in Project management my role was to manage the overall Governance of the Product team which included activities like - reporting the P&L of the overall account, reporting and analysis of budget vs actuals for each product using Power BI, reporting team related facts and other governance tasks.


I also played the role of SAFE Scrum master for two products which include activities like managing scrum ceremonies, ensuring the successful delivery of the product delivery plan, identify & remove any impediments, support the product owner, continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, metrics and reporting, alignment with the Agile Release Train.


2. Delivery Lead for Immigration Enterprise Product - EY Agility.

· Working closely with country teams to demo the immigration module and onboarding the requirements for further implementation. Maintain and creation of demo work environments of the Product.

· Ensuring and leading the development, onboarding and implementation of the Product to country teams

· Handling communications and pitch Product Sales to country teams and drive user Adoption.

3. EY Oceania Product Team – Product Manager

· As a Product Manager, Sandhya leverages scalable technology solutions to deliver long-term value for the business and clients. Her role involves driving the productization of bespoke solutions for commercial-scale use, with specific focus on GCR, Tax, and Law. Additionally, she actively seeks to leverage emerging technologies to improve processes and increase margin efficiencies.

· Preparation of Product Roadmap, Map Product User Journey, Product Brief, Collaborate with Client Technology Business Analyst to identify process efficiencies and Preparation of Product Guide,

· Discussion and Planning of Product Go-to-Market Strategy with Stakeholders and Senior PM – Building of audio, video and written content materials that are used in the Sales Strategy.

· Working with Market Research team to understand Market Trends, Penetration, Competitors and identify potential improvements to the Product.

· Handling conversations with Leadership to learn how global teams were successfully implementing SaaS

marketing strategies in their respective jurisdictions and the potential opportunities to adopt in

· Australia. In addition, supported the Australian business by sourcing contacts and leads to

build a targeted pursuit pipeline.

4. EY Nordics Tax Technology Hub

In her role as the Operations Manager and GDS Program Manager in the Nordics Tax Technology Hub at EY, Sandhya demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. She successfully led all operations and compliance-related activities, with a particular focus on Nordic Application Portfolio Management. Her strategic approach and attention to compliance ensured smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
