In my current Tenure in the Tax Technology Transformation Team, i have had the experience across diverse roles.

1. FlexAI Team

Product Owner under the SAFE Agile Framework: Managing the end to end cycle of the product - development to launch. My key responsibilities were :

• Defining the Product Vision
• Managing the Product Backlog
• Prioritization
• Clarifying Requirements
• Acceptance Criteria and Testing
• Collaboration with the Development Team
• Maximizing Value and Continuous Improvement

As a Experienced manager in Project management my role was to manage the overall Governance of the Product team which included activities like - reporting the P&L of the overall account, reporting and analysis of budget vs actuals for each product using Power BI, reporting team related facts and other governance tasks.

I also played the role of SAFE Scrum master for two products which include activities like managing scrum ceremonies, ensuring the successful delivery of the product delivery plan, identify & remove any impediments, support the product owner, continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, metrics and reporting, alignment with the Agile Release Train.

2. Delivery Lead for Immigration Enterprise Product - EY Agility.

· Working closely with country teams to demo the immigration module and onboarding the requirements for further implementation. Maintain and creation of demo work environments of the Product.

· Ensuring and leading the development, onboarding and implementation of the Product to country teams

· Handling communications and pitch Product Sales to country teams and drive user Adoption.

3. EY Oceania Product Team – Product Manager

· As a Product Manager, Sandhya leverages scalable technology solutions to deliver long-term value for the business and clients. Her role involves driving the productization of bespoke solutions for commercial-scale use, with specific focus on GCR, Tax, and Law. Additionally, she actively seeks to leverage emerging technologies to improve processes and increase margin efficiencies.

· Preparation of Product Roadmap, Map Product User Journey, Product Brief, Collaborate with Client Technology Business Analyst to identify process efficiencies and Preparation of Product Guide,

· Discussion and Planning of Product Go-to-Market Strategy with Stakeholders and Senior PM – Building of audio, video and written content materials that are used in the Sales Strategy.

· Working with Market Research team to understand Market Trends, Penetration, Competitors and identify potential improvements to the Product.

· Handling conversations with Leadership to learn how global teams were successfully implementing SaaS

marketing strategies in their respective jurisdictions and the potential opportunities to adopt in

· Australia. In addition, supported the Australian business by sourcing contacts and leads to

build a targeted pursuit pipeline.

4. EY Nordics Tax Technology Hub

In her role as the Operations Manager and GDS Program Manager in the Nordics Tax Technology Hub at EY, Sandhya demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. She successfully led all operations and compliance-related activities, with a particular focus on Nordic Application Portfolio Management. Her strategic approach and attention to compliance ensured smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

5. EY GDS PAS Mobility

With extensive experience in automation-based initiatives and project management, played a pivotal role in driving the success of PAS Australia and New Zealand. Her proficiency in RPA, SharePoint, Alteryx, UI Path, SQL, and VBA-based solutions has enabled her to implement .efficient automation strategies and deliver targeted results.

Key Deliverables:

• Managing and mentoring team more than 20 team members on people management, quality, managing
  client service for 5 area offices in Australia.
• Working closely with on shore client in Australia and managing expectations with respect to quality of
  team, providing exceptional client service in terms of quality and being insightful.
• Managing the billing of service provided to the client and preparing the billing template.
• Providing training on the process when required and grooming team members constantly. Handling
  escalations call with onshore clients regarding the process.
• Managing team efficiency and ensuring they are maintained and improved upon.
• Ensuring team utilization targets are met.
• Providing monthly/weekly/daily feedback to Managers on team.
• Providing process improvement suggestions to stake-holders.
• Preparing of ad-hoc status reports using Microsoft excel. Preparing reports for budget analysis and cost
  management based on time charged.

  • Outstanding tax return and e-filing using tools like Spotfire.
  • Engagement Billing report and analysis. Preparing billing template for clients.
  • Information request report from clients to better manage workflow and client services.
  • E-filing report, tax agent report to manage online responses and follow ups from clients.

Projects Handled

Client : Global engagements Duration : Jan'16- July '16 Description : Tax Return Allocation–Identifying different methods and parameters considered for tax return allocation. Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming on the requirement for a manager to allocate tax returns.
• List out the key parameters for tax return allocation.
• Conduct online and personal surveys to understand the current process used for tax return allocation.
• Identify any tools used for tax return allocation and assess it efficiency.
• Suggest best practices used and possible tools that can be used.
• Market the tool and method of tax return allocation to other country and engagement compliances, through presentation and demonstration.

Client : Automation Central Team Duration : Feb'17- Nov '17 Description : Robotics Process Automation to enable efficiency and quality – 3FTE saved Responsibilities:

• Using project management tools and methodologies leading three critical and large sub projects for automation from Business side. Expert and key process owner for the project as an SME.
• Involved in all phases of the project life cycle from project initiation to planning to execution, testing and closure. Expert in analyzing the project plan, risk management in the project, resources management, identifying loop holes from the business side and planning the next steps.
• Worked closely with the Project manager, Lead and developers, Senior Managers in driving the project towards closure by setting up guidelines, flagging priorities to the project team and setting achievable deadlines.
• Worked closely with key stake holders by bridging the gap with the onshore team and project team on key updates regarding the project. Appreciated by the key stake holders for the same. Expert in decision making on behalf of stake holders.
• Mentored around 20 resources on process automation, its benefits, impact and changes.

Other Projects

• Assisted in Designing of process workflow which is a replacement for emails in SharePoint and One Space.
• Designing of online e-filing process using survey tool.
