A passionate Program Designer and Educator with 8+ years of experience, I’ve led global initiatives in gender equality, education, and social change, impacting over 10,000 lives. As Director of Strategy at Save the Child, I’ve spearheaded key programs and provided healing spaces for young abuse survivors. I’m also a TEDx and UN Women speaker.

• Delivered 70+ speeches on platforms such as BBC, TEDx, Quint, Brut, and Josh Talks, accumulating 8.5 million+ views globally (Ongoing).
• Led workshops for 300 Teach for India teachers working in marginalized communities (Mumbai, 2017–Ongoing).
• Facilitated modules on restorative circles for healing in 5 NGOs working with traumatized children and youth (Mumbai, 2016–Ongoing).
• Wrote, assisted in directing, and participated in Kranti’s 15-member theatre troupe, with 50+ performances and 1 million audience members across 12 countries (Global, 2014–Ongoing).
• Conducted training in 20+ NGOs for adolescent girls on sex education and reproductive health (India, 2015–Ongoing).
• Delivered 60+ speeches in universities and public events about trafficking and sex workers’ rights (India, 2014–Ongoing).
• Trained 100 teachers, 250 parents, and 5,000 students on prevention and response to child sexual abuse at Shri Niketan School (Chennai, 2014–2021).
• Received extensive training in Art Therapy and Theatre of the Oppressed, enhancing skills in creative healing and transformative education (2016–2021).
• I was Student Council President at UN University for Peace, representing Gender Equality.

Driving Holistic Change in Rural Maharashtra: Led efforts in designing transformative youth camps for aspiring leaders. Covered more than 26 rural villages, orchestrating over 60 drives and campaigns. These initiatives encompassed sanitation improvement, educational empowerment, and women's upliftment, including facilitating access to education and promoting health and hygiene.
