- Responsible for procurement of all kind electrical items required for maintenance and new projects like motor, Pump, VFD, Drive, Electrical Panel, Cable, Connector, Insulator, Gen Electrical item, Encoder, Heater, Starter, Sensor, Shunt, O Ring, Backer (Electrical), Capacitor, Plug, Thruster Brake.
- Monitoring Inventory level through SAP and release PO for the items which showing low stock.
- Monitoring MIGO in system, and arrange to clear the dispute case along with store team.
- Regular download pending PR list through system and taking action on it.
- Organize meeting with user dept if any dispute arise in the requirement along with supplier.
- Organize Ariba auction.
- Working to reduce Rejection to the optimum level.
- Maintain and circulate day to day working MIS.

- Pursuing Purchase Requisitions & creating Purchase Orders, Creating & Maintaining Master data e.g Vendor code, Material code, Inventory stock position.
- Getting knowhow on current stock in ORACLE (ERP), and then releasing monthly schedule for each vendor w.r.t. current Production Plan.
- Monitoring PR availability after MRP run, creating PO w.r.t particular item lead time and Follow up with vendors for on time delivery as per monthly schedule and Keeping track of consumption trend for all BIF & OSP items.
- Look for alternative reasonable source which meets quality norms and user requirement and Selecting vendor and order placement after making comparison statement keeping in line with company procurement policy.
- Reduction of logistic cost & maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products. Ability to organize & plan activities and managing excess and ageing stock.
- Maintaining effective business relationships with suppliers. Solve all kind of vendor related commercial issue before material receiving. Intimate rejection notes to supplier and ask for CAPA analysis.
- Lead cross functional teams through the 8D process to identify the root cause of failures.
- Prepare vendor due payment requirement and advise supplier payment requirement to accounts team.
- Store Operation responsible for receiving all kind of BIF material and inspection for quality and quantity checking and timely issue of material to shop floor for smooth production.
- Responsible for maintaining FIFO system, Space generation & preservation and proper binning in Store. Maintaining correct stock in system daily basic & Dispatch related commercial document preparation.
