• Maintenance of kitchen equipment's
• Store Managements
• Weekly Fire Pump Testing and Record Maintaining
• Guest Room MRT Schedule Following & Record Maintaining
• BSA Audit & ISRA Audit preparation & Documentation
• Vendor Handling & Follow ups
• Quotations, Negotiations & Work Order Preparation
• Quarterly Fire audit Testing & Record maintaining
• Under warranty services Following & Report Maintaining
• Birch street software handling & Material Utilization
• Inn keys PMS software handling.
• IDS software handling
• Utility & RNM Accrual Preparations
• HLP Controls with the Budgets & Energy Savings, BMS Handling and Minor Fault Rectification.
• M&U score maintaining by Following Procedures like Arrivals Check, EIWO and MRT.
• Water Savings Initiatives (Using Aerators, Irrigation & STP Operations)Engineering Chemicals & Material Management..
