IMActions projects (2016 - Northern Trust): In my role as an SME, played key role in DTC re-engineering project for announcement scrubbing of Corporate Actions events.

BaNCS Legacy Modernization project (2017/2018 - Northern Trust): Played role of Change Champion in replacement of the legacy mainframe SIR system with BaNCS platform for processing Income payments. Successfully managed a series of UAT and MOT tests over a two-month assignment from the UK location and handled critical Go-live activities, ensuring a seamless product launch in Apr-2018.

CMAP chatbot (2022/2023 - Cognizant): handled Requirements gathering for Cognizant Modernization Platform chatbot. Prepared detailed user stories, chat bot flows, and API requirements. Collaborated closely with VD and development teams to ensure successful implementation of the bot in 2023.
