- Name: Gudaddur 160MW Hybrid Project with 31.25 MW of Solar and 128.75MW of Wind.
- Location: Gudaddur, Kushtagi Tq, Koppal Dst, Karnataka.
- Led a team of project associates to successfully complete the Construction of 33kV network of 45 Kms Line towards connecting 37 WTGs, includes a 33kV line connecting our Solar Project with our Pooling Station.
- My roles and responsibilities in present assignment:
- Connecting all internal and external stakeholders towards daily work plan.
- Conducting daily meeting 2 times a day with working team for plan of the day and progress/challenges.
- Providing solutions for the challenges and seeking support of Site team and engineering team.
- Continues monitoring of construction activities at site.
- Involving in ROW negotiation where working partners find difficulty in convincing farmers.
- Conducting Safety meeting with internal and external stake holders.
- Interacting with O & M team on data analysis and performance related activities of Solar and Wind.
- Preparing updates and presenting weekly progress data to management.

- Completed 33kv line and Dp yard within the timelines and charged successfully.
- Actively involved in the communication network readiness resulted in work completion for Scada engineers.
