The WABTEC project supports end-to-end claim management for the CPKC railway system, including claim creation, investigation, approval, and settlement processes. The application is used by operations teams and customers to track shipment-related claims, and ensure timely resolution. As part of the QA team, I was involved in validating functional workflows, API services, and automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java, Rest Assured, and Cucumber BDD in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Analyzed BRD, FSD, and user stories to identify test scenarios and functional gaps.
