Training Coordination / Counsellor

• Assist in the monitoring of the overall project progress; undertake course corrections (assist the Strategic Head)
• Laisioning with Government of Karnataka on matters pertaining to three-tier architecture at the State level.
• All outreach related activities with stakeholders in the migration process
• All matters pertaining to the IMC-K Pre Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) Centres, including training of staff in the three-tier architecture on PDO
• All Training of Trainers on PDO related work in the IMC-K

Position Held: Manager Programme Implementation & Monitoring (PMU)

• My role in the Women & Child Development Department Project is to coordinate with department officials, conduct Focus Group Discussions, coordinate with District Level Partnering Organizations, train volunteers, write reports, analyze maps, disseminate knowledge, and identify potential stakeholders.
• In addition, I am responsible for the implementation of the five components of the project - Integrated Child Development Schemes (ICDS), Bhagyalakshmi Yojana, Stree Shakthi, Integrated Child Protection Schemes (ICPS) and Empowerment of Differently Abled & Senior Citizens. I ensure that these components are carried out efficiently and effectively in order to achieve the desired results.

III. PAC –Social Welfare Department

• My role in this project was to coordinate with department officials, coordinate with District Level Partnering Organizations, train volunteers, write reports, analyze maps, disseminate knowledge, and identify potential stakeholders.
• I conducted a study to evaluate 10 different schemes from five departments, including the Social Welfare Department, Agriculture Department, Public Welfare Department, Women & Child Development Department, and Rural Development & Panchayath Raj Department.
• My research showed that many of the proposed schemes had potential to benefit local communities. I trained volunteers in the use of the different schemes and how to identify potential stakeholders. I wrote reports detailing the findings of the study, and I analyzed maps to determine the impact of the different schemes. I also disseminated knowledge about the schemes to stakeholders, and I identified potential stakeholders for future projects.

As a faculty, I was responsible for teaching various subjects related to I, II & III year BBM students such as Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Markets & Services, Fundamentals of Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, Cost & Control Techniques, Marketing Management, Project Management, Business Management, Personality Development & Corporate Grooming. I also guided the UG level projects for the BBM students, set and evaluated question papers and delivered guest lectures at various educational institutions.

As Head of the Department, I was the Chairperson of Board of Syllabus and Board of Examination Committees for the last three years. My responsibilities included guiding BBA students to carry out their internship projects in various Companies and Financial Bodies, assisting the administration in smooth conduct of the examination/ admission/ disciplinary matters, training and placement of the students in the industry and also arranging for Industry Institute Interaction, arranging industrial visits for students, arranging for the placement of the students through campus interviews during their course of study and arranging for expert lecturers to update the students and the staff regarding recent developments in the industry.

I have attended several Faculty Development Programs organized by R. V. Institute of Management, APS College, MCC College, Jain University, and CMR University. I have also had the opportunity to handle classes for the MBA course of Bangalore University and Sikkim Manipal University distance education during weekends. I have found these experiences to be incredibly rewarding and have helped me to further my knowledge in the field of business.
