• Understanding and mapping the current business practices. Exposed to “As-Is, To-Be and Business Blue Print phases of SAP implementation, SPRO settings and Go-Live
• Carried out the base line configuration settings for Organizational Structure for MM i.e Plants, Storage Locations, Purchase Organizations and Purchase groups.
• Involved in configuring material master, Configuring the vendor master, Source list and Purchase Info Record.
• Configuration of Document types, Number ranges of internal and external purchase documents like PR, RFQ and Purchase Order etc.
• Configuration of Goods Receipt and Goods Issue
• Configured release procedure determination for purchasing documents.
• Configuration of Inventory management involving item categories like Consignment, subcontracting, Stock transfers and transfer postings.
• Conducted end-user training sessions and provided post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition and adoption of SAP MM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing material catalogue when there is the need of new material creation and amending the existing material.
• Creating Bill of material and performing quality check to ensure GDQS standard.
• Connected with stakeholders and all end-to-end partners for process updates.
• Gave the knowledge transfer of offsite activity to stakeholders in order to educate them about the whole e2e activities.
• Worked as a standardizer for core team, involved in Bom template as well as BR preparation for various projects like BSP and Michigan.
• MMST (Legacy Cleanup), R&M team
• Responsibilities:
• Clearing of Lake VPS by removing materials which are accountable to the wells and reallocating the materials which don’t have vendor inventory to stream or scrapping by transferring to disposal WBS.
• Matching SAP stock with inventory report and performing material movement transactions according to the Inventory report
• Confirming Vendor inventory with current stock.
• Validating monthly vendor report.
• Ensuring all materials are charged.
• Identifying surplus materials and Initiating goods issue and other movements.
• Material movements such as Well to well movements, Yard to rig, reverse good issue, goods issue.
• MMR creation, amendment, deletion support.
• Replicating or extending created materials to other plants, Deduplication activity.

• Creating parts and updating BOM as per the demand for powertrain department.
• Making drawing release note(devo) for part officialization, drawing officialization, adoption case, replacement of the part etc by contacting designer and analyzing drawings.
• Checking the diversity of product and vehicle and updating BOM in a customized tool.

• KONE ELEVATORS PVT LTD

Responsibilities

• Building Bill of Materials for all the parts of Elevators especially high-rise elevators using SAP, as per the EN81 standards.
• Identifying areas that need engineering and assigning the same to the various branches.
• Basic load & analytical calculation of Elevators
• Discussing with Project Engineer, suppliers t for any mismatch of drawings and C-process parts.
• Checking the non-standard drawings, creating new materials .
• Preparing Risk spare stock analysis on available materials.
• Preparing spare part manuals for major projects and standard critical spare list for tender projects.
• Helped GD team in preparing Macro Automated tool for 3 processes like part number identification, Price calculation and grouping.
• Promoted cross-team collaboration within the context of special projects. Checking general assembly drawings of elevator using True view.
