  • Data Stewards needs to process the NPPC delta records for SE and TL’s received from PPC team and extracted from Reltio respectively.
  • Each Customer ODS ID will be reviewed to find other sources where they exist: Cite line, MDU, Open Pay CMS, TL360, SIP,TFORCE and Data Vision sources – if the record has already been consolidated before it will be ignored.
  • Files will be present in SharePoint folder. Create a Consolidated file for working in order to maintain the history of all the records processed
  • The records provided via the Weekly delta files needs to be copied to Consolidate File. Below is the snapshot for GI folder created in SharePoint. In Same manner we have the folder created for every specialty
  • In Enterprise Profile Hub (EPH) different sources are loaded, which could contain the same Customer. The objective of EPH is to match up the profiles from the different sources to create a single profile – an Enterprise Profile. Auto-match rules are first run based on more trusted information such as email address, identifiers (eg: country/government identifiers) and Customer ODS IDs. For those profiles which do not meet the Auto-match rules, Suspect Match rules are run to identify those profiles which could be a match.
  • The suspect matches are reviewed and processed by an operational data steward. This process details how to carry out a Suspect Match and the business rules to follow.
  • The Enterprise Profile Hub (EPH) links together records representing the same customer from different sources to create a single view of the customer (Enterprise Profile), and therefore, their activity across the entire Lilly company.
  • EPH is able to provide a view of the Enterprise Profile which supports the needs of the business process.

  • The vision of the Centralized Timekeeping team is to utilize top talent to streamline time and attendance data entry, reduce payroll defects, and provide consistently high service levels. CTK will support and manage time and attendance matters for thousands of Amazon Associates. Requests for edits are submitted via My Time and trouble ticketing from operators and HR across the network. The Centralized team manages the system and ticket queue by executing on the requests on a FIFO basis but will prioritize any payroll impacting ticket if there is a risk of a payroll defect. The efforts of this team support the business by ensuring associate’s time and attendance matters are handled with speed, precision and with customer obsession always in mind.
  • Key areas of responsibility: Responsible to provide deep dive research and analysis for Work event Escalations. Audit pay-file reports and do a Dive Deep analysis on the root cause. Provide biweekly feedback to associate to improve overall team’s performance and reduce learning curve. Able to work within areas of ambiguity and address for the short-term to create standard work and partner with the manager and leads to establish a long-term solution. Conduct refresher training, educate, and mentor internal team members on tools and resources for adoption within daily work based on quality trends identified. Coordinate with the internal team resources of compliance, audit and quality, and delivery to ensure high standards for frustration free experience. Perform internal and external audit of data for accuracy and integrity. Match findings with data information in the system for the right outcome. Understand impacts of defects and how these will impact internal/external interfaces and teams. Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems/process. Communicate written analysis of dive deep results and information to leads and managers. Track, measure and report Quality metrics at different intervals to ascertain the process performance health and identify improvement areas Demonstrate highest degree of discretion and confidentiality.
