Author, E-commerce Trends in India 2022 • Conducted study for Indospace – India’s largest developer, manager and investor of  Industrial and Warehousing Parks.

• Assessed Indian E-commerce trends (demand, growth and penetration) for next 5 years.  • Utilised desktop studies and secondary data/reports to assess trends based on GDP  growth, income levels, consumption and consumer behavior.

• Evaluated business models and growth projections of key E-commerce majors in India – Flipkart, Amazon and Reliance Retail.

Author, The Stigma Around Mental Health – Awareness, Myths & Challenges 2020 • Guided by Dr. Somini Mehta, Child Psychologist at Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai.

• Collected data through surveys, personal experiences and observations to debunk the  myth that mental health is merely the absence of mental disorders and disabilities.

• Uploaded a 6-minute video to YouTube consisting of an interview, focusing on the stigma  around mental health, creating awareness and debunking the myth that mental health is  more than just the absence of mental disorders or disabilities, as well as facts about mental  health. Sought to encourage safe and tolerant conversations around mental health.

Volunteer, Akanksha Foundation

(Non-profit organisation focused on delivering high-quality education to each child)

• Made a presentation to students of Grade 9 on ‘Stress and Anxiety Management’ to create  awareness on how to manage stress and anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic. Utilised  resources such as personal experience, research on Stigma around Mental Health and  therapeutic methods suggested by Dr. Somini Mehta.

Volunteer, Toybank – The Open Tree Foundation

(Non-profit organisation that propogates the ‘Right to Play’ for all children)

• Presented to students on ‘Stress and Anxiety Management (Hinglish)’ which focused on  stress and anxiety management during the Covid-19 pandemic. Content was based on  personal experience, research on Stigma around Mental Health and therapeutic methods  suggested by Dr. Somini Mehta.

• The presentation was made in Hinglish (Hindi & English language) for a better

understanding for the students.

• Arranged 20 badminton rackets and 10 boxes of shuttlecocks for the students of Toybank  (sponsored by Pioneer Sports).

Organiser, Sports Webinar Series – Sports in times of Covid and the Future 2020 • Curated a series of webinars on ‘Sports in times of Covid and the Future’ (attended by  over 100 people per session). Notable sessions included “Sports in Times of Covid and  the Future” and “How to Train like a Champ!”

• Esteemed participants included Tarek Momen (Former World Squash Champion), James  Willstrop (British National Squash Champion), Indian tennis coach Vishal Uppal and  Ritwik Bhattacharya (5 times National Squash Champion).

• Raised INR 2,66,000/- (US$ 3500) from attendance fees for Feed My City- a program  focused on providing food for the elderly and daily-wage workers during the Covid-19  pandemic.
