• Provide clinical oversight, and ensure high standards of emergency medical care.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review clinical protocols, guidelines, and pathways.

• Monitor departmental performance indicators, such as waiting times, admission rates, and outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate physicians, nurses, and allied health staff.
• Identify training needs, and support continuous professional development.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, and performance appraisal processes.

• Review adverse events, incidents, and complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal requirements, and accreditation standards.

Persued FEM, MRCEM (RCEM UK), and worked in the ED under the guidance of Dr. AN Venkatesh, Dr. Harsha R., and Dr. Jagan Mohan.

Critical rotations in the ICU for nine months.
