  • Established Healthy relationship with senior leadership team to develop and implemented HR strategies that align with business goals for organization improvement in L & T & Honda.
  • Talent Acquisition of the profile of leadership role of 26 positions was closed in very short time in Honda with their proper Induction.
  • Administered the process of bulk hiring for 500 Contract Labour Associates in a month to meet the hiring target for a new process at Honda.
  • Administered Salary & Wages of Staff & workers at the time of joining, up to the exit.
  • Successfully implemented Safety, Health & Environment related training programmed designed for Contract Labour in BASF and Honda.
  • Prepared SOP of Talent Acquisition, PMS, Training & Development for smooth operations.
  • Successfully implemented & Completed 360 degree Performance Appraisal for Staff & Managerial Cadre of Employees while working with L & T as per SLA.
  • Facilitate PMS review meetings and normalization of ratings as per the Bell Curve method at L & T as per SLA.
  • Worked on Competency Mapping, Identified Training needs, prepared Training calendar and arranged the training program, and finally its evaluation as per the Kick Patrick Model at L & T & Honda.
  • Conducted Training for employees as per designed time lines in the areas of HR, OE and TQM in L & T.

  • Design and implemented employee engagement activities like Quality circles, employee committees, Annual get together, Annual Sports day and employee connect activities like Motivational Movie, Birthday Celebration, Hazira Darshan, BAAT CHIT, Coffee with HR, Employee Recognition through TQM activities, Shutter Bug, Employee wellness initiatives i.e. i call, Guru Speak in L & T and Honda.
  • Designed new compensation package for talent retention.
  • Achieved employee attrition reduction from 7.75% to 5% at Honda.
  • Enforced more and more digitization in various HR / IR Processes at Honda.
  • Identified high potential employees in the organization and considered them for Successor of retired employees.
  • Prepared various MIS reports, like % of Absenteeism, % of Attrition, % of OT, % of training hrs / employees, time of Talent Acquisition for one positions etc and take appropriate actions for reduced in above matter.
  • Maintained proper discipline management at Honda.
  • Developed healthy IR climate for Zero lost time productions at L & T & Honda.
  • Successfully compliance of labour laws and its adherence in all the past organizations without any negative remarks.
  • Independently handled fatal accident cases and completed its all formalities in association with Factory Inspector and Local ACL at PMC, BASF and Honda.
  • Established two way communication channels at all levels to capture sensitive matters and address them proactively at L & T and Honda.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the employees.
  • Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintained discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.
  • Issuing advice / warning / show cause letters and conducing domestic enquiries, issue of second show cause notice and further disciplinary action.
  • Settled long pending litigations of contract labour & Daily labour.
  • Promoted 31 Unionized members to Staff & reduced union nos to 68.
  • Saved >INR 1.50 Crore in 15 months through proper Manpower utilization.
  • Strong ability to handle even highly aggressive and destructive Union (Union militancy).
  • Settled various Court Cases U/S. 10(1) of I.D. Act, 1947 at Nitrex & L & T.
  • Terminated workmen U/S. 33 (2) (b) after taking approval of Industrial Tribunal at Nitrex.
  • Effectively handled Union strikes without any loss of production and man hours at Nitrex Chemicals and L & T.
  • Key instrumental role in negotiations with the Union and signed Long-Term settlements with Unions under Conciliation Section 12(3) and 2(p) of I.D. Act, 1947 at L & T.
  • Independently handled Local Land Losers employment issues at BASF and PMC Projects India Pvt.Ltd. at Dahej Site and settled it permanently.
  • Developed good repo & relations with Central Government Authorities, Local Government authorities like GIDC, ALC, DISH, Employment Officer, Apprentice Advisor, ALC and other local bodies of in and around Ahmedabad district.
  • Handled effective administration of Security, Transportation, Canteen, Company Residential Colony, Guest House and Fixed Asset Management.
  • Involved in various CSR activities related to Education and Health in various past organizations.
