Co-ordinating meeting with Project manager/ Site team for review of progress and site issue. Materials take off, scheduling and planning the job with all available Manpower and materials. Familiar with standards and materials careful study of process licensor data sheet, material specifications & drawings. Estimate the cost of the assigned scope from bill of quantities (BOQ), drawings and specifications as received from the Engineering Department. Enquiries floating to vendor for material quotes prepare cost summary and technical offer. Prepare Techno-commercial Bid Evaluation & review with HOQ Management.
