- Prepare list of Projects based on Business objectives and Organization needs including its Benefit, User dept, Budget, Technical requirements and expected delivery dates as per requirement of COO.
- Prepare Technical requirements of Project and Involve necessary consultants required for execution of the Project after techno-commercial evaluation of the services of the Consultant.
- Invite techno-commercial offers from competent and approved contractors.
- Evaluate the contractor against the technical requirements of the project and award the contract to the most competent contractor commercially and technically both after negotiation through approved Authority.
- Chart-out detailed activity of entire project with all the contractors and prepare optimum timelines (Gantt-chart) of the project considering overlapping and interlinked activities by example delivery of Base plate of PEB before the civil Foundation casting, Completion of HVAC ducting work or Electrical wiring before completion of False ceiling, Completion of PEB column erection before RCC floor.
- Monitor daily activities of the project as per the agreed timelines.
- Update day to day activity to the concerned person.
- Approve Invoices raised by Contractors, Consultants, Service providers inline of the agreement and actual work done and process for Payment as per the agreed payment terms.
- Communicate the payment detail to the Contractor/Consultant/Service providers.
