- Coordinate with Product Managers to prepare and dispatch letters to doctorsand raise purchase orders for promotionaland dispatch inputs.
- Maintain a database for promotional input distribution and track promotional input budgets.
- Coordinate printing of business cards, procurement of bags, and dispatches.
- Analyze data and present findings for review meetings.
- Book tickets, arrange conference travel, and process field staff advances.
- Handle field staff queries related to reporting and resolve issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new joiners on reporting processes.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage online reporting (Zydus Frontline) for field staff.
- Unlock reporting systems, delete reports, and update tour plans.
- Maintain and correct the MCR list (doctor's list) in the system.
