Provision of MIS reports to Client, Customer, Management, & Support departments in HO. Management of utility services like telephone, internet, electricity, online UPSs, ACs, Networking and IT infrastructure, furniture and fittings across RO and all field offices.
Stock Management: Plan & execute uninterrupted supply chain. Prepare DCs/e-way bills. Constant monitor & in-time stock replenishment at RO/RTO sites.
HR Management: Attendance & leave management, Resource shifting/transfers/duty allocation. Manage EPF & ESIC statutory actions & procedures. Candidate sourcing, conduct interviews, shortlist, onboarding & exit management. Prepare payroll attendance. Support employees in availing ESIC & EPF benefits.
Accounts management: Sales invoice generation & submission, Invoice annexures certifications, Local Project expense management, Online payments to local vendors, Electricity bills, telephone bills, internet bills, petty cash claims and advances to RTO centre supervisors. Support to commercial department for GST compliances, IRN generation, e-Way bill generation. Continuous chase for outstanding payments.
Procurement & Vendor Management: New procurement assessments, planning, gaining approvals, Generate PRs/GRNs in Simpra portal. Ensure in-time PO generation/approvals/issuance. Vendor sourcing & management.
Legal and statutory requirements: RO office Leave and licence, MoU renewals, Contract renewals, Tax compliances, Support in legal and statutory matters. Trade Licence and Shops & establishment licence renewals, LWF deposits. Corporate legal policies compliance.
Sales & Pre-sales activities: Organize sales team meet with client & customer. On-field Cost workings for sales pitch, drafting business proposals. Obtain Client Experience Certificate for bid preparation. Liason with client and customer for business continuity and contract renewals.
