  • A F Designation : Practice Head - IT Infrastructure (India Hub – India, Philippines), Market Scope: - Managing approx.
  • 1000+ users in 2 markets with the help of 19 team players.
  • Accountable for ensuring all IT infrastructure services are up and running with 99% uptime since business model such that it runs all 365 days.
  • Build strong teams for each subcategory within IT such as helpdesk, server and storage management, network management, information security and DevOps.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams and bring all the approved apps/services in production environment with detailed documentation and set the support structure and process.
  • Bring cost optimization through various ways such as vendor consolidations, automations, process improvement, application normalizations, strategic planning etc.
  • One of the key KRA was to remain within submitted yearly budget and execute budgeted plans as per timelines.

  • Function Engagement: - Work involves intra department associations including senior management, P&E team, data and email marketing teams along with some of corporate teams such as corporate IT, CSO, compliance and legal teams to provide the best service possible, growth, staff skills and cost savings.
  • Few of the projects mentioned below which describes my working domain during tenure:- 1) Office relocation to new 550 seated facility without downtime with 3 months pre-planning 2) Setup helpdesk team at all three locations with 24 x 7 support capability 3) Worked end to end on setting up specialized DevOps team 4) Rollout of in-house developed applications, dialers, with structured support and training and guides 5) IT infrastructure revamp of newly acquired company in phase manner to map corporate compliance 6) Implemented DLP system as a part of compliance agenda.
  • 7) Assisted in setting up E-mail marketing team including IBM Watson tool setup 8) Implementation of asset management tool is currently under progress 9) Implemented HRMS system for HR & payroll across India locations.
  • 10) Migration from Symantec to Crowdstrike endpoint for all locations as a part of global standard 11) Finished couple of email migrations including local Zimbra & O365 to Enterprise G-suite account 12) Completed Penetration testing for hosted application as a part of compliance, fixed the vulnerability with the help of engineering team 13) Currently implementation of IRM solution is in progress 14) In current Covid 19 situation, all the call center employees are doing work from home and we have set them up on AWS workspace with help of Devops and network team.
