Leading Vande-Bharat T18 project: Prototyping and manufacturing IR 2.2MW power Converter Harness manufacturing process RRTS Propulsion products proto type and successful type test MRVC/DMRC metro customer inspection and Report. Member of Delhi metro project testing/commissioning team, project successfully commissioned in 2012-13. Participated high-speed train testing at Sweden in 2013. Team member of high power traction convertor(6000HP)testing\commissioning at Indian railways. Completed Mumbai EMU project of Medium power Medium voltage convertor testing at Vadodara and participated some type test on mainline in 2014-15. Played a key role in technology transfer process from Europe to India and got outstanding performance for delivery of 2000HP high power convertor for Indian railways in 2016-17. Team member of first train testing of QNGR(Australia) in 2016 at Bombardier Vadodara. Successfully executed" Testing of High power converter "(approx. 500 Nos) and delivered on time. Successfully done product testing/ commissioning of QNGR Metro project of Australia 2016-18. RRTS Metro product prototype manufacturing and testing 2022. Commissioning of 400HP x7 drive at ONGC for high pressure crude oil pump application and Project completed before due date. Commissioning of 175HP drive at M/S ISPAT STEEL Nagpur and BHUSAN STEEL for Crane hoist application (turnkey project). Commissioning of 750HP soft starter with IR compressor at BSL suiting Rajasthan, Jindal denim Ahmedabad. Commissioning of High frequency drive in TATA MOTOR, NRB BEARING, PMT TOOLS and SKF BEARING at Auto mobile Ind. Supported routine test of ENERCON make windmill power converter inhouse/site in India. Executed project on time, 200 KW drive and 200 KW soft starter at MOTHER DAIRY (AMUL) Ahmedabad for ammonia compressor applications. Successfully commissioned 1000HP VFD on sugar crusher at Purna sugar mill. Team Member of Installation/commissioning of Asia's biggest Medium voltage drive in India 11KV, 7.7MW in Fan application at Birla Copper Dahej. Successfully tested 690V 1000KW first AC drive on full load at customer's place with all required modification. Successfully commissioned paper machine at Rainbow paper mill, Kalol. Successfully synchronized denim-dying machine at Arvind mill without PLC.
