Role and Responsibility :
- To lead a team of Relationship Manager who engage with non managed and managed customers as defined by the contact policy through “HDFC Bank One Platform” and provide a Consistent & Superior Digital Experience for generating revenue through multi-product approach. Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the Bank has to offer.
- Boost team member productivity by enhancing performance monitoring and instituting motivational approaches.
- Monitoring and tracking Relationship Manager on revenue generation, product penetration, digital penetration, liability growth and ensure that required product mix is maintained at resource level to achieve targeted number
- Drove performance of staff by creating incentives and positive work atmosphere and administering recognition and rewards programs.
- Responsible for Sales Management through leads generated for set of products from a fixed non managed and managed customer with express objective of achieving business targets and efficiency targets related to outbound database calling management
- Fielded customer complaints and facilitated negotiations, resolving issues and reaching mutual conclusions.
- Responsible to lead a team of Relationship manager who in turn reaches out to customer to have requested for voluntary card closure & retain them through complaint resolution. Assists in removal of temporary blocks on card to enable customer to use / activate & increase spends.Responsible to work on Reactivation of customers to ensure winback their spends to the existing Portfolio.
- Aligned team goals and objectives with organizational strategy, aiding business growth.
- Regularly give demonstrations and evaluate calls of the Relationship manager and share feedback to bring improvement in call quality,productivity and revenue generation targets
- Use industry expertise, customer service skills and analytical nature to resolve customer concerns and promote loyalty.

- Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, holding team accountable for following official sales process and coverage model plan.
