Managing the production line feed operations as per the production plan defined by the customer.
Monitoring of the daily issuance and delivery of material to production line with right quantity & proper system transaction.
Ensure Delivery to be done as per generated work order & within defined time line
Dom check/audit (layered Audit) for right qty of delivery of parts to avoid any inventory variance
Ensure Backorder parts to be addressed and attended on priority
Ensure that the FIFO and FEFO system are been followed during the operations.
Manage the team proactively by optimizing the departmental performance with respect to customer's production and quality requirements.
Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work
Instruction (WI)
Encourage the team to build-up innovative ideas and imbibe the quality culture in every team member.
Mentor continuous Improvement projects like Kaizen, QC projects, Six Sigma, etc.
Lead 5S initiative in your area/department.
Support to achieve audit targets in 5S, QMS, ISO, EMS, En MS, etc.
Monitor adherence of safetystandards in your area/department.
Manage the absenteeism as per target within your department.
Report departmental KPIs, anydeviation, reasons for gaps and countermeasures
Manage the information flow and coordinate among respective departments within customer.
Mentor and give required training to the team members.
Providing solution to the problems / issues related to line feeding.
Knowledge & adherence of QMS practices.
Packing the material against delivery note and segregate all packed boxes transporters vise.
Prepare gate pass, packing list, invoices and LR updating in SAP.
Co-ordinate to be site engineers & site supervisor and with transporters.
Timely dispatch of finish goods in proper order.
Shipment Tracking & Updating the Customer on Timely Basis.
Transportation Arranging Shipments as per customer Needs
Making Dispatch Invoice/Form-402/Form-403 of outgoing materials across the India
Generating the invoice as per material maintain in the load receipt.
Daily Report of all the pending delivery notes and invoice done but material not dispatch reporting to management.
Good knowledge about FIFO, 5S.
I Have Knowledge about Stock taking & Stock Keeping Of Finishing Goods.
I Have Knowledge about of Preparation of online Form VAT 402 & VAT 403.
I Have Prepare to WayBill Generation & Bulk Upload on Government
