• Management of construction activities, including concrete pouring, structural steel erection, and finishing works for residential projects.
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with site management
• Coordinating among Site, Office and Consultants for smooth execution of the project; resolving teething problems in site execution such as timely material supply, drawing queries, payments, etc.
• Proven skill of interpreting drawings in to work and tasks effectively
• Responsible for Planning and scheduling all the activities, The effective execution of the works or Project assigned, Inducting and coordination of all contractors at site, Documentation of daily activities, Reporting to superiors in prescribed manner, Forecasting resource requirements (Manpower, Building, materials), Forecasting all the activities at least 1 month ahead, Checking daily records of material consumption and comparing the same with theoretical consumption, Conducting routine Site Survey and checking the setting outs as per the drawings, Extracting works from the contractors and supporting staffs based on time lines, Monitoring works at every stage and getting approval of Consultants to startup next activity, Implementing on site safety, Coordination of QA procedures at site
• Authorized to: Coordinate and monitor all the sites regarding the civil and he must coordinate the thing to go in smooth way for civil activities. Follow up with the site supervisor on daily basis with the work done at site from all activities what is happening in the site and send by Nots and it should be stored in the system.
