  • Execution for REP-PULL System Projects with Line Balancing & Manpower Cost saving.
  • Implementation of Degree of Automation in Conveyor Line to DSM Target line merger & saving of 50K USD Annual.
  • MES Implementation in Delta Electronics Rudrapur Plant from Project initiation to Completion.
  • Implementation & Execution of Auto Packing Conveyor Line for Packing to reduce manual intervention in Process up to 10%.
  • Conveyor Assembly Line Set-up for AL CHASIS Harness, Motherson Sumi System Limited, Haldwani, the project aimed at investment calculation, capacity planning, line set up. Enhanced the productivity of Harness assembly line by key focus on layout improvement to remove NVA's activity and focus on line balancing technique and arranging all machine and sub-assemblies' stations in such a way so that single streamline material flow can be achieved.
