Role & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Block Budget based on conceptual plans.
• Preparation of Budgets for Residential & Commercial Buildings.
• Estimating RCC, Finishing, Services Qty.
• Preparation of monthly reports, Rate analysis, Cash flows, Reconciliation.
• Site visit & coordination with site engineers, other departments to overcome the quarries & to complete the task effectively.
• Preparation of Sub Contractor and Client Bills and reconciliation of all tender items.
• Preparation of material wise reconciliation.
• Working out all Project quantity from Drawing.
• Preparing BOQ from Drawing.
• Reservation of materials according to estimates & site requirements
• Quantities are cross checked with finalized qty between site & estimation.
• Release of material & service PR after checking as per site requirement.
• Budget checking, preparation of budget report.
• Crosschecking of sap budget & estimated budget regularly.
• Taking material rates, labour rates from sap for effective estimate.

Role & Responsibilities:

• High level of experience with working on varied projects as Estimation Engineer
• Sound skills in measurement and civil cost estimation
• Calculated all subcontractor and indirect project costs
• Supported accounts department in billing document preparation
• B.O.Q & Rate analysis
• Checking of Running Account Bill.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• To prepare client Bills including Measurement sheet, Bar bending Schedule
• To Prepare Petty/Sub contractor bills
• Daily, weekly progress report
• B.O.Q & Rate analysis
• Monthly Reconciliation of material
• Preparing work order of Petty/Sub contractors.

Project: G+7 Residential Building, Baramati

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Performing duties as a site and billing engineer
• Client and Labor Billing
• Arrangement of manpower, machinery ,material etc
• Checking of Reinforcement in accordance with the drawings & confirming that the reinforcement meets the specification before permitting to take up concreting works
• Checking Formwork and staging of slab, beam and column in accordance with the Formwork scheme & specification requirement
• Preparation of Running account bills
• Preparation and submission of monthly progress report to H.O
• Preparation of reconciliation of materials
• Checking of finishing and miscellaneous works like Brickwork, Plumbing works, internal/external plastering and painting, flooring works such granite, marble, vitrified, CC flooring and Gypsum board false ceiling works.
