Job Responsibility:-

• Manage all onsite installations and commissioning of HMC, VMC, and Turning machines.
• Perform repair and maintenance (electrical + mechanical) of machines at customer locations.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers, motors, and drives.
• Handle Special Purpose Machines equipped with Siemens, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi controllers.
• Conduct periodic maintenance of CNC machines and ensure critical spare materials are available.
• Respond to service maintenance calls promptly and efficiently.
• Provide technical support to customers and effectively identify and resolve challenges they may encounter.
• Engage in follow-ups with customers for pending payments.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Assisted in installing equipment and tested and maintained equipment.
• Reviewed blueprints and manuals to repair and restore optimal functionality.
• Verified maintainability and reliability of equipment, buildings and facilities to achieve high level of asset preservation at reduced total operating cost.
• Provided customers with regular feedback on service requests and performed off-site corrective and preventive maintenance.

Job Responsibility:-

• Analyze breakdown data to improve the efficiency and performance of the various lines and machines
• Analyze the machine failures
• Replacing the spare part of the machines as and when required
• Responsible to protect own health and safety by working in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy machines required in the day-to-day working
• Made recommendations to senior engineers concerning system upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Work flexibly as part of a team and provide support and training to other team members to enhance flexible working
• Created and maintained documentation, including service records, repair reports, and functional evaluations.
