- Managed & executed engineering contracts valued at more than INR 6000 Crores across India
- We developed Designs & Specifications for all equipment and facilities required in Retail Engineering & Oil Terminals
- Spearheaded planning of new POL jetty at Kamarajar Port Chennai costing INR 930 Crores, this will help IOCL in evacuating product from Paradip Refinery as well as from CPCL, thereby reducing the cost of logistics for distribution in Southern States
- Managed Construction of approximately 3000 new Fuel Retail Outlets across the country every year for Retail Sales expansion
- As Head of Contract Cells across country, facilitated the procurement system through GeM (Govt e-Marketplace) and IOC was able to procure more than INR 100 crores worth of material through the portal
- I was part of the Multi Divisional procurement Apex Body.
