- Digitalization: Aug’17 to Dec’21 (Moving from paper to paperless) 2017 to 2021 was the time when the things were moving fast. Volumes were increasing. There was choice to hire additional manpower. Alternative was to identify the processes which can be automated with perpetual impact. This emerged the concept of Digitalization.
- Digital Transformation: Jan’22 onward (Do More with Less) Digital transformation is the adoption of technology which transforms an organization from existing manual non-digital products, services, or operational activities to system integration. This approach will give convenience to customer, reduce TAT, improves efficiency, and optimize cost.
