- Analyze the Teardown Report (TDR) received from the vendor or OEM, and prepare a detailed cost estimate for customer invoicing.
- Acted as the primary liaison between the customer, workshop, and internal technical, commercial teams for all contract-related queries.
- Identified and capitalized on revenue opportunities within scope, ensuring accurate cost allocation and timely invoicing for all relevant cases, including mishandling, modifications, and scrapped components.
- Participated in customer communications, meetings, and conference calls involving multiple departments to investigate failure modes and determine root causes—specifically distinguishing between Fly-to-Failure (FTF) cases and Customer-Induced Damage (CID).
- Coordinated and monitored shipments in collaboration with logistics, resolving any logistics-related queries or discrepancies.
