ð Monitoring Transporter’s performance, for the smooth functioning of the dispatch/logistics of Cement thru Road & Rail from Roorkee, Dadri and Sikandrabad plants, apart from this managing the secondary third party warehouse network of Uttrakhand and Western U.P.

ð Develop daily dispatch plan and direct Transporter’s to ensure the safe, secure, lean, efficient and lowest landed cost-effective operations from Plant to ACC dealer’s network / warehouses based on sales forecasts and input from senior management.

ð Ensure current and accurate inventory control for all products. Develop a space utilization plan to meet prescribed cost and service standards. Monitor the space layout plan to ensure it continues to meet company standards and requirements.
